Appliance Repair Built Around Gulfport Homes

Alice Port Group is a locally owned appliance repair company based at 11312 US 49 in Gulfport, Mississippi. We work the neighborhoods we live in every day, from the older blocks of North Gulfport and West Gulfport to the quieter streets of Lyman, Orange Grove, Turkey Creek, and Handsboro. Our service runs from Harrison County down to the homes and condos we serve closer to Biloxi, and we answer calls around the clock because a dead refrigerator or a flooded washer does not wait for business hours.

Gulfport appliances live a hard life. Our humid subtropical climate means long, hot summers with heavy moisture in the air, and mild winters that still bring enough cold to test a heat pump or a garage freezer. Salt air from the Gulf moves inland, so we pay close attention to corrosion on condenser coils, burner assemblies, and exposed electrical connections. Dryers in older homes often vent through long, awkward runs, and lint buildup there is a common cause of overheating. Control boards and igniters take a beating from humidity, and we see that wear regularly on ranges and water heaters across the county. We plan our diagnostics around these local conditions instead of treating every machine as if it sat in a climate-controlled showroom.

We keep our approach simple. You get an upfront quote before any work starts, a clear explanation of what failed and why, and repairs that we are willing to show you in person. When a part is worth replacing, we tell you. When a unit is no longer worth repairing, we say so and help you think through the decision without pressure. Whether your call comes from Gulfport Beach, near the Harbor Walk, or from a home off the road to Lynn Meadows Discovery Center or near the Gulfport Sportsplex, our goal is the same: get your appliance working safely and give you an honest answer on the first visit.
